Hilltop Manor Nursing Home

When my mother came to Hilltop Manor nursing home she couldn't do anything for herself, but now she helps with her own bathing, dressing, eating, and all other activities. She loves her room and roommate. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful and considerate. The staff always try to assist with anything we bring into the facility for my mom. My mom is an avid believer about going to church, and the Activities Director has some sort of church activity daily or every other day. She also enjoys bingo, coke float parties, Lucky Dog and continuous other activities for her to enjoy. The Therapy department is great here to. If they can bring someone in like my mom not able to do anything for herself to doing almost everything is remarkable to me. The BDC is the greatest in the world. She goes over and beyond her call of duty. She is exceptional at her job and if we had any questions she is more than apt to help. If there was a question we asked and she didn't know the answer she would get the answer and come tell us. The BDC I am talking about is Sheila Massey, because when my mom was admitted in to this facility she wasn't the BDC. I look forward to seeing her every time we come there. I would recommend this Nursing Home to everyone, and if I ever need one this is where I am going.

My mother-in-law is very happy at Hilltop. They have a dayroom where they can draw and watch TV and a patio in the flower garden. You can live there and not be in a nursing home. You can have your own room in which they cook one meal a day for you, and then you can cook your own meals after that. It has a very good atmosphere, so it is worth recommending.
