This is an awesome facility with very caring staff. The patients are happy and very well cared for. Facility is the cleanest long term care facility I have ever visited and there was no hint of odor. Customer service was 5 star from the time I entered the front door until the time I left. All of the staff was interacting with the patients and made it a point to include me in all of the activities taking place that day. I really felt like part of the family. After my visit, I knew this is where I wanted to place my loved one for their rehab services!

Natchez Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. We are a 55-bed skilled nursing center located in Natchez, MS. We provide a wide range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services for both short stay recovery, as well as ongoing supportive services for individuals requiring long-term care. Our focus is on improving the quality of life for those we serve through our orthopedic, neurological, cardiac, pulmonary, wound care services as well as interventions for other medically complex diagnoses, admitting 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The thing that stood out the most about this facility was the pleasant smell and the bright clean hallways! We were looking to place my Grand Father and this was truly the place of choice....

My husband and I do Nursing Home Ministry at all Nursing Homes in Adams County. This is by far the roomest of all, all staff is ready to help and do at all times. It is very clean and sanitary! You can tell by their people they are very happy people! They are just about all at Bible Study each Sunday morning with us.That means the staff has gotten them cleaned and ready for church every Sunday! You will never find anything in this life perfect, God is the only one! However, from the Director down, they are their to always help you in anyway! They have great therapist, and an awesome activity director! A place where you will never be bored, that's a promise!

I visited Crown Health and Rehab, and this was a newer place. This was also better, but I still would not recommend this facility. The way they treat their residents, it didn’t seem good to me. Some staff are not doing stuff that they probably have should been doing. To me it wasn’t enough or a better place to move dad to.
