This place is a disgrace- the staff lies- is rude- hung up on family members- were disrespectful- but they want your money. Thats it. This place should be SHUT DOWN.

My sister was a patient at this facility for a number of years. Several of the caregivers were compassionate and cared for the patients in a professional manner. Others had to always be paged to "show their location". Family members must go every day, but terrible things still occur. Although I paid for a private room, my sister was in a semiprivate room for 4 years. The last straw was when the skin on her leg, from ankle to her knee, was scraped off and nobody knew why, or even cared that she was injured. Although she was bedridden I was told she did it to herself!

If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. Both my parents were residents there, and I couldn’t get them out fast enough. They stayed sedated, as do all other residents. It smelled like pee all the time. Admin stayed behind closed doors and current finance staff person is rude and unfriendly. The food was nearly inedible. This place is pitiful! Please don’t put your loved ones there!!

This facility was a nice facility on the outside but once you entered it, oh boy, Staff was HORRIBLE. Asked to speak with the Administrator and DON for a tour, they were know where to be found. I walked the facility my self and from the looks of it everyone is lazy. I would not recommend a dog to go there for care. It was unreal. You are suppose to give care and these residents care were rejected all because you lazy workers and non caring "proffesionals"

I did not like Adams County Nursing Center. It is an old facility, and it is not a really good place. I would not recommend this facility.

This facility has nice furnishings but the care was not that good and the smell was not that good either. I was pounced on as soon as I walked in the building like who was I and they were so busy talking I could not ask my questions. Some of the residents did not seem happy but that is just my view. I talked with a couple of them and all they could say is its alright??? I just don't feel the love here.
