My cousin's husband, Donald, is in Laurelwood Comm Living Center, and from what I understand, it is a really exceptional facility. They have a nursing home and rehab. Donald is in the rehab unit, and I think it's fine. Given the lockdown, I can't get in to see it, so I don't know anything about it, but I'm familiar with some people who have been there and the work they are doing. The staff was accommodating on the phone when I spoke to them, so communication is fine. From Monday through Friday, when the kitchen is open, I think the food is pretty good, but on weekends, when they give sandwiches, I don't think it's so great. Medicare is paying. It is an older building, but it is kept up. They have adequate parking, and I know there is a salon where they can get a haircut.
