Atlas Villas Memory Care was a spectacular place. It's so well thought out. They have a ceiling that is curved and on that ceiling, they have clouds painted and they have lights that go around that are set up to change as the day goes on. It's set up for people with Sundown syndrome. What they do is they have the sounds of birds early in the day. As the day goes on towards evening, they have the sound of crickets. This place has an occupancy of 22 people. So you get that extra care. They have these front porches. It's wrought iron fencing with chairs sitting out there. So, it's almost like you're sitting on your front porch as other residents go by and you're talking to your neighbors. They have a movie room and they have various things. Like if they were showing a movie at the state fair, they infuse the scent of cotton candy and popcorn and things like that so that it affects your senses. The couple that created this, both of their grandma and grandpa had dementia, so they designed it for people specifically with dementia care. It is a gorgeous facility and in terms of where it's located, it's kind of like just in the middle of a strip mall. On one side is a gas station and on the other side is a children's daycare center, but it works and they have a pond in the backyard and a barbecue. It's really neat. The lady that gave the tour was very good and very thorough. She gave us a great tour.
