The Legends of Blaine 55+ is a senior building, 55 and up. The managers do what they have to do to keep their jobs, but the owners are not taking care of the property. The elevator has been broken for four days. It's a four-story building. They have handicapped people in here, so when the elevator is broken, you have to walk down to the other end of the building. If you go grocery shopping and come back, you can't get to the elevator sometimes. In the wintertime, they don't take care of the parking lot and the plumbing; one side of the building was flooded from the fourth-floor bathrooms down to the first floor. The elevator has broken 11 times. I've called different associations and places. I've called the senior president of Dominium. I didn't get any response from them. I've called everyone that I can think of to call. I like my apartment. I like the environment. The people are nice. The building is beautiful inside. They provide exercise classes three times a week. They have a movie room, exercise room, and arts and crafts room. My room is big enough for one person, and we have a washer and dryer in the unit, and that is what attracted me to it, and I have a walk-in closet. The bathroom is extra spacious and there is enough room for three people to go in there for a shower. I have a shower bar. It's a very nice apartment. It's close to the shopping mall and to the store. I wanted to stay here, but they won't offer me a one-bedroom on the first floor. The owner of the building would get a two or a one. They have new buildings, and the only one that has the most complaints is in Blaine. This is independent living, and you're responsible for your own food.

The Legends of Blaine 55+ was clean. It looked like it's pretty well managed and they had spacious apartments. The staff was very knowledgeable.
