The rooms are clean but extremely outdated. The problem falls with the care though, we had to pull my loved one out within 24 hours because the neglect was so terrible. Do not ever put somebody here if you love them

they say first impressions are what counts we will see the facility was clean residents and staff seemed happy the social worker dept and business office were amazing we finally got the help we all needed

My father was at Dimondale for about 3 weeks. He was staying in 3 west. I visited everyday that I was in town. The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and very helpful with my fathers needs, and he can be very picking lol. Nurse Beca and Nurse Laytoya were absolutely amazing. The staff in the gym were very attentive to my fathers special needs with his walker. The facility is older but, very clean. The art deco look was like walking back into the 60's. But, nicely done. the activity directer was very nice and had activitys ever day for the residents. They even have church service on Sunday. Rooms were clean and comfortable. the food was prepared properly but, never hot enough for my father. If anyone is looking for care for their loved ones give Dimondale a look. you maybe surprised at what you find.

My brother stayed at Dimondale Nursing Care Center for a couple of months. They do the laundry. They serve three meals a day. They give them the medicine. There are certain rehabilitative activities. The expense was by far too great. It's too expensive. My brother is in a shared room. There were lots of activities. They had a television, movies, puzzles, and bingo. It's a new facility, and they've got everything there. Medicare pays part of it, and then there comes a time when they won't. It depends on the categorization. The staff members were professionals in skilled nursing and friendly people. The meals were good.

We were well taken care of at Dimondale Nursing & Rehab Center for my wife's rehab. The rooms were more aged but very adequate. They had everything; they had bingo, card games, they had an aquarium and birds, and they had a lot of activities. The food is very edible and the stuff is wonderful. They're too nice. The facility is aged but there's nothing wrong with it; it's a very adequate facility but it's not brand new.
