"So far The Village has been good to my dad. They were very caring, very efficient, knowledgeable and accommodating. They've been very good with communication. I don't know of any activity right now but I do know that they had several activity directors because I've talked with two of them. They've both been very nice and they just helped with some other questions that I've had. I have not asked about what activities that they're doing but I do know that he does go out to a cafe or a lunch room area for 3 course a day. Whereas, the previous place he was at, he was only eating in his room every day. The food seems quite good. My dad doesn't really have any complaints about it. It doesn't look like a nursing home. It looks very nice. I've seen the outside and it looks like a community. I've seen just the entry way of the inside and it's very nice, neat and tidy, up-to-date and modern looking."

"The Courtyard Estates assisted living facility looked really well-kept from the outside. We were looking for a suitable place for our aunt to live. The grounds featured nice patio areas that also had ample places to host private parties. The main room had a nice, homey living room feel. We could see from the communal areas that many stimulating activities were taking place, occurring, from reading to games and other resident socializing. They host monthly parties for residents at the facility which they encourage friends and family to attend. Events and outings scheduled include visits to restaurants, art museums, the library, local films and theater. The dining areas featured both communal and formal dining. Food choices were plentiful and all looked nutritious and delicious, as well as the regular snacks - which are offered all day and whenever requested. The staff here are attentive and kind. We could see that all of the residents needs are met and that they enjoy living here. "

"I've moved into Shores at Pleasant Hill. The dining room is very nice, they have very nice people, and the food is pretty good. The housekeeping seems adequate. I have my own washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and whenever I need anything done, the maintenance people are right there. I'm happy here. The staff is really nice. They seem to know what they're doing, they're very efficient, and whenever I need anything, they come right away. There's an exercise room."
