I visited the independent living community of St. Paul Senior Living. The area and the facility were very nice. The staff was also very helpful. The place was very clean.

No security. Basic things are always broken or out of order.

The facilities are decent but could be much better. They don’t clean or dump the trash the way they should. Most importantly, there is no security guard at the desk during the night hours. There should be someone working from 8pm to 8am to ensure the building is safe. I understand the door is locked but I was able to slide right in behind a Senior who was entering. I walked right pass her to my grandparents apartment. That’s not acceptable.

My brother, sister-in-law and I visited the facility. We found it to be clean and well kept. There was not a model available so one of the residents was kind enough to let us peek into her home to get a feel for what it will look like. The staff, especially Ms. Richardson, was attentive and helpful. We were impressed with activities offered and the community space. Look forward to living there.

I visited St. Paul Senior Living, and I was able to tour. I saw their dining area. They had a chapel, a beauty salon, and library. I waited for 20 minutes the first time I was there because the receptionist was gossiping, and I had reservations moving there. The resident was complaining about maintenance and all that, but it was pretty clean and kept up. The apartment was nice, but the bedroom was small. They had a bus that will pick you up and take you to Walmart. I thought that was a nice feature. The dining room was clean, but it was small, and the meal wasn’t included in your rent.
