ALL admins should have to spend a night there. Crackly intercoms going off day and night. Staff gathering in halls and talking and laughing loudly all night. Call button lights don't work in the halls or the staff doesn't know how to interpret them. Miniscule food portions. Bathing never happens. All sorts of staff from different departments come in to see what you need, but nothing ever gets done. Told that therapy is six hours/day but it was maybe 2 at the most. The actual caregivers are wonderfully amazing and patient and considerate and helpful, but almost everything else doesn't happen.

When my sister and I walked in, West Monroe Guest House was nice, beautiful, and relatively new, but there didn't seem to be very many people working. They didn't seem to have as many staff members. We didn't see anybody outside. I guess everybody was in their rooms with the doors closed. I liked the building and all, but my sister said that she didn't get a good feeling about the place.
