Rosemont Assisted Living & Memory Care Community was more of a quieter assisted living facility. It didn't seem to be as active and involved as the others that we visited. I saw that they have an outside garden and an activity board. The rooms were nice too and the person who assisted me was very helpful.

Rosemont Assisted Living & Memory Care Community was very clean and orderly. Everyone was very helpful and very kind. It was a pleasant atmosphere. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the lady. It wasn't quite as decorative. But they had puzzles and bingo. They had activities there like arts and crafts. The outside of it was very clean, upkeep, and safe. It was very safe. They had a courtyard out back, and it was very nice and secure.

We went to Rosemont Assisted Living. They were just as good as the other place, it was clean, the yard was kept up, mowed sidewalks and edges, and bushes were trimmed. The inside was clean, but it didn't seem to be as big of a place. The staff was very polite.

I liked Rosemont Assisted Living very much. The rooms looked fine, but they didn't have a room available in the memory care section, and we needed to move. The staff who assisted us was great, she was very informative, very personable, and I liked her a lot. The whole facility was very pretty, and it was not as big as the others.

Rosemont Assisted Living and Memory Care was very nice and the person during the tour was very informative and very knowledgeable. The room was nice and had just been remodeled. The dining area had individual tables, tablecloths and nice upholstered chairs, and it had a very nice appearance. They had bingo, chair aerobics, and dominos.

From the first time our family stepped foot into this housing facility over two years ago, we knew this was the place for our mother. You can not place a monetary value on the comfort our mother feels living there and the heartfelt care that is given to her. The staff here has proven that they all have a sincere passion for everyone who lives and visits loved ones here. Our sweet mother has been there long enough for me to rate this place 5 stars because the staff has proven they sincerely care. All facilities can show you their schedule of activities and no disrespect to any other facility but Rosemont has proven to stick to their schedule and encourages participation. We truly love this place and are so grateful our mother is here.

As children it is an honor to take care of our parents. We pray our parents pass away peacefully in their sleep while they enjoy living a normal happy life, but in some cases (like Alzheimer) they aren’t that lucky. For the children that have the task of taking care of them as they lose their memory and day to day personal care skills, you are lost. When my siblings and I noticed and realized our Mama was having issues, we were lost as to how to take care of her. She had lived on her own for years and we knew this was no longer an option. We set out looking for a place for Mama. She wasn’t needing a nursing home but a place that would check on her, cook her meals, wash her clothes, clean her place, with activities to keep her active and yet a place that felt like she was safe and at home and the privacy she wanted. As her children we were also hoping for the same. After looking at several places, the only place we felt like family and at home was Rosemont in West Monroe. The others felt like hotels with no interaction with employees or other residents there. They felt “cold” to us and not warm and inviting. Mama has now been at Rosemont for two years, she is happy, safe and well taken care of every day. Her spirit is just a bright and cheerful as it was before Rosemont. For us, we are able to have our normal lives and know Mama is good. We have needed guidance on how this disease progresses, as well as financially and emotionally. Rosemont has given all of this as much as we could have possibly asked for or needed. We never wanted this for Mama or ourselves, but thanks to Rosemont and their staff, we are getting thru this disease with a lot of smiles and many happy memories. Thanks Rosemont for helping my family and thru this chapter in our lives.

My grandfather was under the Rosemont's care in 2006. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's and the doctor's gave him about a year at his current state of regression. The Rosemont was able to help take his medications at the right time and just keep him doing the normal everyday things that we rarely have to think about. He seemed so happy their though. I miss him so much. In all, I recommend their care to anyone undergoing similar circumstances.
