Mom is in Arbor Terrace, and the staff is excellent, very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The food looks decent, and the rooms are small but they congregate in the main area most of the time. The sanitation and safety of the place is perfect. The activity room and dining room -- which is a combination -- probably could use a little updating.

Mom is in Arbor Terrace, and the staff is excellent, very kind, helpful, and accommodating. The food looks decent, and the rooms are small but they congregate in the main area most of the time. The sanitation and safety of the place is perfect. The activity room and dining room -- which is a combination -- probably could use a little updating.

I was only at this facility for a day, but personally it was a very nice place. I saw all the attendants taking care of their patients as needed. The place did smell nice and not dirty. All of the staff I met was very nice to me and welcomed me upon entering the building. I did not get the job, but the place was very nice to me about it. I just did not have enough experience. I would rate this place as a great facility for your loved ones. The location is in a nice place, where there is not so much traffic either. The building itself is in great shape and has very nice decor on the inside of the building.
