This facility goes out of their way to make the residents safe, healthy, and happy. My mother was there and had very good care, and she was very happy while there.

I went to Parsons Presbyterian Manor for rehab. The staff members were okay. I had a private room, and the food was good, but it was institution food. They had a whole lot of activities, exercises, and church services. I went there out of the blue, and I was popped down a nursing home -- which I had no experience with -- and in my estimation, if you were going to a nursing home you need an advocate or somebody to speak for you. They don't like people speaking for themselves.
