I have had several family members to come into this facility and each time the staff met and exceeded expectations. The nurses were friendly and knowledgeable of my family members conditions and needs. The cnas always helped with room cleanliness and had very good relation ship and adequate level of trust when providing care. Very pleased with the care my family members recieved.

The facility is fairly clean . The staff doesn't possess social skills, act as if they don't want to be there. you can feel friction in the air among the staff , these actions make me feel as though patients aren't getting the care they need. I have reason to believe the facility is under staffed., Maybe a staff with a little more concern for the patients and fellow workers.

The building itself was kept as clean as possible.The management was adequate.The nurses of the nursing home were very friendly and also very helpful to both residents and the resident's family members.My experience there was a very good one.in my personal opinion,this facility exceeds my expectations.
