Our members are seeking an alternative to traditional senior living facilities but may need some help here and there. Upside members’ families might live far away and want peace of mind that they are connected to amenities and resources. Or perhaps they are close by but raising their own families and want to know there’s always an on-call personal/care concierge who they can depend on. Upside members want to maintain their interests and possibly explore new hobbies, now that they do not have the burden of housekeeping, lawn maintenance, cooking, running errands, or even arranging travel and walking the dog.
