I have moved into Oak Valley. The prices are pretty reasonable. It's beautiful. The staff are very helpful and very professional. They have a gym, a swimming pool, and a tennis court. They almost have everything. I'm legally blind, so I have someone come in for 20 hours per week and help me. It's very clean and everything. It's good. Value for money is very good. It's a very nice place. They're honest because where I came from, they were very evil.

I'm a very happy resident of Oak Valley and live in a large, beautiful 2/2 which is simply beautiful. Hardwood floors, w/d in the unit, granite counters, soft-closing cupboard doors, and the list goes on and on and on of the wonderful amenities here at OV. We also have a pool, gathering area, computer lab, gym, dog park, and Media Room. It's perfect. The staff is great, no ... Excellent. The residents all appear to be cordial, friendly and come from all interesting backgrounds, many Veterans. We are very close to Subway, less than a block. We are near ALL the fast-food restaurants, about one mile away, and very close to the NEW Publix and Harveys Grocery Stores. If you are fortunate enough to be able to live here, you will think you died and went to heaven. OK, maybe not heaven but a vacation in Hawaii. I do not work for HTG or anywhere else, I'm retired and happily so. If you hear any complaints about OV, be very, very slow to believe them. Somethiing is wrong and it's not with Oak Valley.
