Bailey was the woman who greeted us and showed us around Homewood Lodge. She was amazing. The facility itself is an open area and it is very nice. It looks like a lodge. The problem is their residents are very mobile. They're everywhere and my mother is not. She has to have a walker and she's going blind, and they don't have the staff to guide her around, so it just wouldn't work out at all. The common areas were very nice and very spacious. The rooms were small, and one problem I have with the rooms is the divider. It is a wooden wall between the two beds. It's not a curtain that you can pull away. So, she would not have been able to watch TV, because she can't see it from that side. If she was more mobile and she wasn't losing her vision, she would have been happy there.

Toured for an aunt the facility was lovely and the staff seemed very professional and welcoming.
