My friend is at Bedrock Rehabilitation & Nursing Center at Lake City. All the people that work there are very friendly and helpful to us when we have questions. His room is always clean and well-kept. He is doing PT and OT. We have no problems with them at all.

The rooms were clean . The facility is very nice. Some staff very nice but some staff is beyond negligent and unprofessional. They speak to patients harshly and offered no assistance which is probabywhy their fall risks, decubitus wounds and other negligent things have happened
