Westview Nursing Care & Rehab is a wonderful place. I am so pleased that even when I'm so far away that they're taking such good care of my uncle. They call me with every little thing. When my uncle broke his hearing aid, one of the nurses actually brought another one back from the facility that had the hearing aids. If they change his medication, they tell us right away. The doctors are also very good. My uncle has a very large and nice room which is large enough for a bed, a recliner, a bedside table, and it has a large window with a view. Right now he's on rehab and he does physical therapy. They offer a lot of activities for people. They have a take-out night where they ask the residents if they'd like something, and they take whatever they order out of their little bank account. It's an excellent facility and I'm very comfortable with my uncle being there. The food looks good and nutritious, and my uncle is eating well. Most of the staff has been there for years, they like the facility, and they care about what they're doing. The administration must be phenomenal if people stay that long.
