"My uncle really liked The Pointe At Summit Hills. The apartments were very nice and the place was very clean. We were checking out their assisted living and memory care, and Bridget was very helpful and very nice. They do exercise, they have activity rooms where you could go in and play bingo or different games and stuff, and a theater that you could watch a movie in. Everything looked really good. I was very impressed with it."

They are attentive, caring, and always willing to work a little harder to make sure their clients are happy. My mom says the food is good. The place is very clean and nice. They play cards, and they play games to keep them active. They take them for walks. They let them dress up on Halloween and give out candies."

"My mom is a resident of Advent Residence Home. It's a nice place. There are only six patients in the home, and it's a good-sized home. There's always someone on staff, and they have home cooking. Some people have their own rooms, and some people share. We've compared them to other places, and they're a little bit more expensive, but she has her private room and bathroom, so they're okay."

"I love Bethany Joy Garden. I love all the people there. My husband is treated extremely well, and I'm happy with him. It's home. I think everybody there is wonderful, and they take great care of him. My husband is not able to do activities, but they offer different stuff for some of the other clients. The dining area is beautiful. The upkeep is excellent. It's clean and nice."

"My dad moved into Paradise Gardens. It's a very nice place, it's pet friendly, and they have some cats there, which my dad likes. They have more visitations than any other place allowed. He's splitting a huge master bedroom, and there's a lot of room in there. The staff is awesome, and they all are super nice. My dad likes them all, and they all like him. He likes the food, and if he doesn't like what they're making, he can get something on the side. I've watched him chow down a few times, and it smells real good, too. It's a beautiful home, and it's very well kept. He's only been there a couple of weeks."

"We chose A Comfort Care Home because they're much more attentive and caring than other larger homes. The appearance of the place is good, it's clean, and comfortable. The food is different, but we're adjusting to it and they're very open to what we want to eat or how we want to eat it. Their facilities are adequate for us."

"The staff at Village Gardens provided wonderful loving care to my mother. The house is beautiful and we found it to be comfortable and peaceful. They even have a little dog that my mom just adored. They served healthy and good tasting food that mom really enjoyed. That was important to us. The strived to provide fun activities, outings, as well as group and individual exercise. They took care of all of moms medications and refills, which made it so easy for me. They helped with arranging and providing transportation to appointments when we weren't able to get mom there. They worked very hard to make holidays special for all the residents. They made moms last birthday beautiful. We will always be grateful for the love and care Village Gardens provided to my mother and our whole family. "

"I visited Bella Vita Senior Living. I like the location and it was extremely clean. We were there at lunch. It was a man who showed me around and he was so nice and so patient. The food they were serving smelled and looked very, very good. The kitchen and the dining room, it was like an open kitchen where you can sit at the dining table and see the open kitchen and it looked out onto the backyard. It just felt very open and scenic. The dining area was very close to the kitchen and it looked accessible for wheelchairs. My mom uses a walker and a wheelchair, but it looked wheelchair accessible and easy to navigate. Someone was working on a jigsaw puzzle. There was a shelf near a table where the jigsaw puzzle was. There were some books up there. It was lunchtime, so everyone was pretty much gathered around the table. They had another middle-aged man that was cooking and also interacted and was very friendly. He was busy but had time to look up and say a few nice words and smile and interact. It's nice for anyone who's looking for a small group experience there. I would tell people don't be afraid to look at it. It's great."

"My father-in-law is in Arcadia Gardens, and he has dementia. He has only been there two weeks. He likes the food, and he eats 100% of all of his meals. They are very attentive and take very good care of him. It's a beautiful clean house. We chose it because of its location and the staff; it also fit into our budget. "

"Their rooms are really clean and tidy! Some of them are really spacious and nice! They are mostly a home setting, so it's like being taken care of at our own home 24 hours a day. I noticed they're very patient and caring people. Even when they're busy, they take the time to listen to our requests and needs. And they do their best to prioritize our family and decide what's best for my grandmother given the circumstances. When my grandmother was suffering from a bad flu, they immediately let us know and were able to clearly communicate how she was doing and showed their concerns and advised us on what to do. I got to say, if it weren't for their help, I doubt my grandmother would have recovered. When my grandmother was there, I noticed that the residents like to play bingo sometimes and that the staff would also help them with some daily exercises. I strongly recommend this facility for anyone wanting compassionate and experienced people!"

"Brighton Manor was way out of my price range. The staff was nice. They had a nice TV room and stuff like that. It was pretty nice. The rooms were smaller than the other, but price-wise, compared to the other, they are substantially higher for what it was. The rooms were nice because they had their pictures and their names on the outside of the room so they could find their rooms easier."

"I loved everything about Brookdale Riverwalk. It would be a very nice place to retire. The apartment was very spacious, very bright, and very clean. They had everything you would expect in an independent living place for seniors. The staff who gave the tour was very helpful. Brookdale Riverwalk looked like a very high-end hotel. It's very nice. However, its location is close to the freeway."
