My Mom has been a Rehab patient there twice in the last couple of years. She is no longer able to live alone and this is the place she wants to be. The staff has been very helpful to her as well as to the family. She says the food is excellent. Everything is very clean. Rooms are spacious.

I was visiting this facility for a family member. I was given a tour, and was aghast at the conditions here. It was not clean, and I thought I was in a horror movie! I wouldn't put anyone here that I care about, or anyone I didn't. The pictures are not accurate by any means. Unbelievable!! I did not experience the food.

We visited Johnson County Health and Rehab. The facility looked worn out, and there wasn't much going on. The food was not good. It was a terrible place. I refused to put my husband there.
