My mom was here for only 4 days. My mom developed a worse sore than she had when she got out of the hospital. She had demementia so she was bed bound. My aunt said when she developed pnemonia she still had those same sheets on her bed that she had when she first got there. It wasn't clean at all. Please find somewhere else to put your loved one. My mom died in the ozark hospital and I think she would still be here if we didn't take her to this nursing home.

Ozark Health and Rehabilitation is very clean and laid-out well and doesn't smell like a nursing home. They seem to really work to find out ways to help me, such as pureeing my dad's food because he has a swallowing problem. There were plenty of activities for the residents. And the staff has been very kind, and everything we've asked they've done everything. In terms of value, the cost is a whole lot of money.

Ozark Health and Rehab is about 26 miles from us, and it’s very good and very clean. The people that work there enjoy their jobs; they are very helpful to the residents. I would recommend them.
