"Overlake Terrace didn't smell like a hospital. it smelled like fresh linens, and pines trees. When I came in, they had my name on the board, and that was very nice. The staff told me I could have coffee, cookies, and she was very welcoming. The residents all looked very happy, and it seemed like they enjoy being there. They have an open space like a library with computers, a piano, and everything seemed open. The view was nice, and all the staff was friendly. "

"Do NOT rent this venue's multipurpose room! Cheri, the contact there, has very poor communication and held back $150 of our $500 deposit because she claimed that there was water on the floor, things in disarray, and our planner didn't check in with her prior to leaving following our wedding. This is absolutely untrue on all counts and an outrageous amount to hold back for what she said she needed to do, which was standard cleaning and reorganization following a major event. I am outraged! "

"This is a wonderful facility. My mother attends 5 days a week and loves it. The entire staff is outstanding. They deserve to be recognized for the great job they do day in and day out. I always know mom is in good hands while I'm at work. God Bless everyone who works there."
