"Not recommended if you love-one has dementia or short term memory problems. They do not have the patients or time to deal with a one-on-one approach as they told me. As a behavior management, they recommended various types of drugs to keep my mother quiet. They want all their visitors to sit down and be quiet and do what they say - like a grade school type situation. Do what I say or your out! "

"The facility is clean, pleasant, with recent renovations. Residents seem comfortable. Staff is kind and courteous. There is an excellent ratio of staff per senior. Seniors have many activities to participate in and nutritious meals and snacks are served. I would recomment this facility to anyone thinking of attending or having a loved one attend an adult day facility. I visit the facility weekly to help with activities. "

"My mother has been attending Sarah Care of Forest Hills since 2008. Through prayer, medical assistance and support from the staff at Sarah, my mother has improved significantly. The center is close to our home. The center offers daily physical activities, mental games and nutritious meals. The workers have become a part of our family. "

"We found Presbyterian to be very helpful because my mother was starting to have dementia. They were very knowledgeable and caring. I thought the food was fair to good. There were no complaints about it. The care did not change even when mother's money was depleted. The place was pretty large. They actually had an area that was like an old shopping mall where the residents could go down. She had an allotted amount of money she could spend each month so, she's able to go down there and shop for stuff like candy and she enjoyed this. She also enjoyed the people around her. "

"As I drive Into the entrance to Concordia I see a sign that says "Healthcare Heroes Work Here". May I add Doers, Comforters,Listeners and Protectors. Heroes like Stephanie, Nancy,Carol and Joanne who work at the Adult Daycare Service. I know when I take my husband there he's going to receive the best care possible. They are not only caring for him but in a sorta way their caring for me too. I can take off my guard which allows me to relax, get some rest, and enjoy my life. I want to personally thank the ladies mentioned and May God Bless you. "
