Home Care Solutions has been providing care for our mom aged 91 since October, 2017. We were desperate. We had cobbled together coverage for mom using three agencies. The previous company providing the majority of hours was seriously deficient in their care and we needed help quickly. Home Care Solutions stepped in and everything began to transform. We have moved most hours to HomeCare Solutions and now have 24hour coverage, seven days a week. This company is hands down the most professional and client focussed of the two other major companies we have used in the Tri-Cities. Locally owned by an RN who has background in Hospice work, the company reflects her caring and commitment to quality and transparency. Our family doesn't have to second guess whether mom, who has Alzheimer's, is doing well or struggling with sun-downer symptoms. They let us know immediately. They chart their shift and communicate with each other at shift change, and very importantly, communicate extremely well with the family. The caregivers go way beyond our expectations. They use music and humor, handholding and silly rhymes to engage Mom and make her happy. They understand Alzheimer's. That's Mom needs and that's what gives our family solace that we are doing all we can to make Mom's life as good as it can be. We are very happy with Home Care Solutions.

Home Health Care Solutions has been very wonderful. The health care employees are very knowledgeable and very good. We had a situation where I was sick, my brother was sick, and my mom and dad were sick. We all had the flu, and they came in and just took over. They did everything, and it was wonderful. They were very good. I have met a lady who used to have her own health care company. She gave us the name of this company. We had tried visiting other facilities, but it wasn't a good fit with my parents. Then we tried Home Health Care Solutions, and the fit has been great. They enjoy what they are doing. Not only do they take care of my parents and keep them safe, but they also nurture them. They have lots of experience, they know what to do, and they do it. We have used them every day since May. They are prompt and get back to me right away. They try to do my entire request.
