It all depends on who comes out. Every one has been different. Some of the care professionals are certified home health aides and some are not. Some of them refuse to do basic things like shaving.

Any time I need anybody at the VA, I talk to them about the agency and give them the phone number. I tell people that if they're getting bad service, they should call this agency. I like that they're on time.

Caregivers worked hard, People in office were lousy - left over a dozen messages and never got a ccall back. Caregivers all complained that they had the same issues and could never get ahold of the office. They sent me a card for free Veterans Day Meal and after the caregiver and I had lunc h we were informed that the ticket was expired. called the office and spoke to 2 peope who were going to look into it and call me back - that was November and it is now February. I loved my caregiver but feel that they need someone running the office with some compassion.
