They have helped because it gives me a break from having to be over there constantly. It helps her get stuff done that she can't do herself.
They took good care of my father and are taking care of my mother now.

I don't think there's anything they could do to improve, it's just my mother can be very difficult.
They're friendly. I'm overall happy with the services provided to my mother.

It all depends on who comes out. Every one has been different.
Some of the care professionals are certified home health aides and some are not. Some of them refuse to do basic things like shaving.

Visiting angles doesn't really help with scheduling, my caregiver and I do it on our own.

The services were helpful because I live about 150 miles away, and they were able to come out and check on my parents. My family aren't able to do that as often as we'd like.
I would recommend Visiting Angels because I liked their flexibility in scheduling.

It has been a real blessing.
There was a time we weren't very happy with them but right now with the caregivers we've got are here. Especially one girl I have. Sandra is always here when she says and very helpful and does whatever I need to have done. She has really been a lifesaver.

Every time they're around, I feel much better. They have had a positive impact because they're on time and they do what they say they're going to do.
I always recommend the agency. Any time I need anybody at the VA, I talk to them about the agency and give them the phone number. I tell people that if they're getting bad service, they should call this agency. I like that they're on time.

Caregivers worked hard, People in office were lousy - left over a dozen messages and never got a ccall back. Caregivers all complained that they had the same issues and could never get ahold of the office. They sent me a card for free Veterans Day Meal and after the caregiver and I had lunc h we were informed that the ticket was expired. called the office and spoke to 2 peope who were going to look into it and call me back - that was November and it is now February. I loved my caregiver but feel that they need someone running the office with some compassion.
