Scott and White were very good and wonderful. The people are very nice but it gets to a point where Medicare does not cover a portion of it. They treat my aunt with respect, they were genuinely concerned and they stay on top of her medical issues. They sent her to the doctor and avoided a problem that would have created more problems. They are very confident and knowledgeable.
