This agency could improve on not canceling due to not having enough staff. They also ask us to meet their needs on the schedule, more than they meet ours. The agency has helped make my life easier by, just being here to help with my moms care, and have allowed my dad a break.

The care just didn't work for them. They didn't want it, and they didn't want anyone in their house, so it wasn't helpful for them. I thought the owner, Jennifer, was friendly and helpful.
