Johnathan Stephens, a U.S. Air Force veteran, built his career in operations and strategic management, leading teams in high-stakes environments with discipline, accountability, and precision. His ability to design efficient systems and mentor others ensures that Senior Helpers operates with reliability and excellence. Beyond structure and process, Johnathan leads with heart—creating a culture where caregivers feel valued and supported, so individuals and families receive the highest level of care and peace of mind. Brandi Stephens brings over 17 years of leadership experience in healthcare and talent strategy, having partnered with organizations across value-based care, healthtech innovation, local community health centers, and major healthcare systems. She has dedicated her career to improving patient experiences and building high-performing teams. With deep expertise in hiring and developing both clinical and non-clinical professionals, Brandi ensures that every caregiver embodies compassion, professionalism, and integrity.
