Hospice became involved in my fathers care during the last 6 months of his life. This was a very important addition to my father's care in the nursing home. Staff from Hospice visited my dad biweekly, offered emotional and spiritual support. As I and my siblings lived a distance from the facility, this additional support and comfort was very reassuring to us. Hospice was a second pair of eyes in my father's care, administering and coordinating his care to assure his needs were met and most important he was not alone when he passed on. A very positive experience for my father and our family. Thank God for Sanfor Hospice.
