I used Avera at Home, and it was all physical therapy. They were really nice, very kind, very helpful, very efficient, and very professional. Communication with the agency was very good. I had 2 therapists and I usually knew a week in advance who was coming and if their schedules change, they called me and let me know. For anyone who needs physical and occupational therapy at home, they do a great job, very much in touch with me and if there were concerns, they communicated with my doctor, and they gave me progress reports along the way. They were very thorough, very professional, and very conversational as was appropriate.
