We used Gentiva Hospice for my mom. Excellent service. Their aide came once a day to bathe Mom and to change her catheter or clean it out. She was lovely. She helped out with anything that my dad needed around the house. She could clean the kitchen or put up the dishes or whatever, but she mostly was there for Mom. She bathed Mom, she dressed her, and she checked on her once a day. The nurse was excellent, too. She was there when my mom passed away. She was very available over the phone for anything we needed like prescriptions filled and all of that. She was wonderful. We highly recommend Gentiva. They're excellent. They provided care and comfort. They were great. A great resource, and great people to work with.
