My mom is staying at home with an in-home caregiver from Comfort Keepers. They're fantastic. They provide help with her bathroom and toilet, light housekeeping, cooking, and companionship. She really likes the services that they provide. The only downside is that they're expensive, but then everybody is, I guess. She enjoys her time with them. The scheduling is pretty solid and consistent, so far. The billing is also consistent and they have an easy-to-understand billing system. Every now and then there are gaps in schedules, but it's very rare, and they try to seal those gaps pretty quickly.

I have someone coming to the home from Comfort Keepers of Florence. They help with pretty much anything I ask. They'll do housekeeping, run errands, help with my husband's personal care and cook. The caregivers have been really excellent and very well trained when they come. They're very cautious because of the virus. They wear their masks. They're very patient and very good. I've been very satisfied with them. I don't have any complaints. When I needed someone at night, within three to four hours, they had someone over here. Every time I need somebody, they'll find someone. They're there for you when you need help. I have to give them credit for sending their teams out and taking that risk to be with people right now. They're right on the spot and they've been really great.
