Dependable Health Care Services offer physical therapy. It is a really lousy, badly run agency. The CNA's they send me are worse than useless, and the homemakers are even worse than that. Most of the caregivers are really sloppy. One of the homemakers that came to my apartment sat on my couch for six hours and watched TV, and that was all she did -- she watched movies for the whole six hours that she was here. They never call to let me know if somebody is not coming. I am still using them only because the physical therapist that I've got right now is excellent, and this is the only reason. They need to get intelligent people to work for them and people who actually care about the clients. The ones that I had told me that I would never learn how to walk again; they gave me absolutely no encouragement. The guy I have now, he is very good and encourages me a lot. But the other ones, if they come over here again, I will call the police. They were that bad.
