Crossroads Hospice provided amazing, compassionate and thorough care for my mother and led the family through the process with kindness and honest assessment. They were available 24/7 for calls with professional staff follow-up. At the end, although present, staff was unobtrusive and professional. Patient comfort is paramount, and staff were gentle and tender in attending to my mother. We are grateful to Crossroads, wholeheartedly recommend their services and thank them.

We got Crossroads Hospice for my husband before he passed away. We started with palliative care and an occupational therapist came out, a physical therapist came out, and during that process we were able to acquire a number of medical supplies that he needed, including a hospital bed and handlebars, and they provided exercises and so forth. When it became necessary for him to have hospice care, the nurses came, they provided the medications, the aides came, and anytime we needed their help, even when they were not at the house, they'd call, which we did a few times; they came and helped out. They were just very super in helping us out. Overall, we were satisfied. In fact, they went over and beyond what we expected. I don't have any negative things to say about them.
