Four Seasons Hospice - Flat Rock

Four Seasons is an end-of-life care provider located in Western North Carolina, serving Buncombe, Henderson, Macon, Jackson and Transylvania Counties. We are a non-profit organization led by a dedicated team of health care professionals, social workers, spiritual care professionals, and volunteers. We provide hospice, palliative care, research studies, and inpatient care at our facility, Elizabeth House. We also provide bereavement services to anyone in the community who has lost a loved-one. Recently, Four Seasons was a recipient of the Circle of Life Award for excellence in end-of-life care by the American Hospital Association. We are the largest provider of hospice services in WNC, and are the #1 hospice provider in North Carolina as indicated by our death/service ratio. Last year, with hospice and palliative care services, we served almost 75% of the deaths in our home county. Our services are covered through Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance plans. We provide services to all who need them in our service area regardless of their ability to pay.
