Baylin was the ONLY agency that addressed all questions, concerns, and provided an immediate highly-experienced aide to support our family member in need. They also continue to follow up for check ins. Our 27/4 live-in aide Helen C. goes above and beyond--- she has TRANSFORMED our family member's quality of life through her attentive care and has brought joy back into our home. I highly recommend Baylin to anyone needing home care. I can't believe how fast and easy the process was to set up care for my mom. The office staff helped us out throughout this process and is so friendly! It also is a huge relief knowing that my mom has a wonderful caregiver who cares about her and her well being! Baylin is an amazing company and is the best option (seriously) when it comes to receiving care for a loved one. The staff is very helpful and they communicated with us very well. I noticed when I was still using their services that they’re quick to respond and communicate faster than other companies. If an aide is sick or unable to make it, the office staff never left us in the lurch wondering where the aide would be. They always included us as the family with my father in law's care. The aide's they sent were always on time and very pleasant. Baylin made it easier for my father in law to accept the help he needed and to recover completely without issue.

My brother is presently living at the Long Beach Nursing Home because he lost a leg and is wheelchair bound. His stump is still healing and he is receiving PT. On March 12th my brother had to be transported from Long Beach NY to Newark NJ for a Social Security Hearing. I panicked because the ambulette service is outrageously expensive and the nursing home could not send an aide with him because it was not a medical appointment. I was referred to Baylin Home Care by the social worker at the nursing home. Words cannot express the relief I felt when I spoke with Amy regarding my brother’s situation. She was extremely empathetic and assured me that Baylin would be able to help. An aide would pick up my brother and drive him to the hearing. The cost was a fraction of what the ambulette company would have charged. Christine called me from the office a few days before the hearing to make final arrangements. She was committed to making my brother’s experience comfortable and efficient. She put me in touch with Lacey, the aide who would be driving and caring for my brother on March 12th. Lacey is a true professional and a very warm and caring human being. After the hearing I was amazed when I received a call from Amy and Christine to ensure that all went well. Both of them were interested in my brother’s wellbeing and wished him all the best. Words cannot describe how I feel about the experience I had with the Baylin Home Care agency. The staff was phenomenal; the service was efficient with an emphasis on the patient’s comfort. My brother was very grateful. Kudos to all!
