We're using Integra Home Care for my mother. They came in and evaluated my mother, and I got CD Pass for them, but I couldn't start with them until the next month. I'm currently trying to get someone who could provide the number of hours they've granted us. The aide takes care of breakfast, changes my mom's diaper, gives her lunch, cleans, dusts, and vacuums. The aide also gets my mother's dinner ready and does the laundry for her. She's very friendly, very willing to work with my mother and my mother likes her so there's no problem.

Pathetic service. The driver today was smoke and we need to wait 2 hours for him. And when he arrive he take the cigarette and start smoking. Can you believe that??? Pathetic service

We used Integra for my dad. My dad chose the aide, and she's excellent and there 10 hours a day, seven days a week. Integra is OK but not great, and there's a lot of confusion and turnover.
