We've been using Precious Hands Home Care for two months now. At the time, my mother just needs companionship, and she likes it. Billing and scheduling are adequate. They come five days a week, four hours a day, and they send the bills once a month. I would recommend them. They're doing what I want them to do.

Precious Hands is very efficient. The caregivers are caring. They take good care of my uncle. They follow instructions and they come in when they're supposed to. I didn't have any problems with them. We have great communication. They provided all the things I needed as far as my uncle is concerned.

Recently my mother went through a period where she required 24/7 in-home care. Skeptical about trusting a 'stranger' to enter my moms home and care for her, was a very challenging concept to digest. But the fact was, my mother needed the care to assure successful rehabilitation. So we had no choice .... After interviewing a number of organizations we decided Precious Hands was the right fit. The nurse from Precious Hands spent 2+ months with my mom and we could not have been happier with the choice we made. She was kind, compassionate, trustworthy and through her actions, it was very clear she genuinely cared. If a similar circumstance were to present itself we would once again 'call on' Precious Hands for their service. I recommend Precious Hands without hesitation.
