They make it easier to clock in and clock out, to get a hold of them if you have any questions they are always there to answer your questions. I like that they check-in and it's so much easier to do stuff like paperwork, they are just caring people.

It has allowed her to stay in her own home and that is what she wanted. Otherwise, she would have had to go to assisted living. I like that from the start Maggie and Lydia have gone above and beyond what most people would do in that situation. Maggie would help her balance her checkbook. Lydia is on top of everything. She does her grocery shopping, laundry, and checks on her. Maggie has not been going since COVID started and they started limiting how many people could go places.

My dad seems happier. I like that they keep me informed of things that are going on with my dad's care. I appreciate that I don't feel like I need to go check on things everyday. I like that they really work with you. If one person doesn't work out, they try to get another person in there.

It is a tremendous amount of stress being taken off of my shoulders, I can perform my job duties without worrying that my mom is at home alone. The girl still does some chores that I don't have to do. They are very hands-on, they are involved.

Maggie and her caregivers have saved my parents lives!!! Both parents were getting to move into a nursing care home when COVID-19 struck, and none of the homes were taking admissions. Well, as it turns out, that was the best thing that could happen to them. Rather than being quarantined in a facility, my parents have been able to live at home and enjoy all the benefits. Maggies caregivers are caring, energetic, creative, dedicated, and motivated. They will literally do anything necessary to ensure their clients health and happiness. I can't imagine what this pandemic would have been like without these girls. I live out of state, and am not able to visit - but my parents are actually better off for it because Maggie's caregivers have become like family - and they do a better job with my parents that I could do myself. If I could rate Maggie's group 25 stars, I would do so, they are worth it. Our family is soooooo grateful for Helping Hands Stay at Home Care. They are LIFESAVERS!!
