The agency is good and the home nurse is great. They are always available to talk and ready to help in any situation. I like the helper I have however she doesn't clean as good as I would like. She mops the bathtub instead of cleaning it, dusts around things instead of moving them, mops the floor first thing instead of last, has to be told what do it even though she has been trained, and will stand around if not told what to do.
