We are past clients. My mother had stage 4 lung cancer that metastasized to her brain. WE had a very brief stay with Hospice once we left the hospital. They were so very kind, shared the harsh realities, answered the questions we feared the responses and they did so with grace and compassion. They put us in control and assisted with the shift from Doctor care to Home care. They empowered us to provide the necessary drug interventions for comfort care and they answered every phone call no matter the time of day or night. They hugged us, they cried with us and in the end they took care of the small details. We were organized with lists, and had made many phone calls heading thier advice. We were prepared as much as humanly possible. They did not push but gently nudged when they sensed our uncertainty and we sought clarity. I am forever grateful. It is a dance and one that my mother was very unsure of, but Hospice was there for the caretakers in the end and my mother knew this was the support we needed to help her pass with dignity. Blessings to those of you have chosen this profession.

I am so appreciative to Spectrum Hospice and their care of my sis-in-luv prior to her passing this week. The staff were caring and compassionate in every way - and RN Pam was a special gift to us through the loss of our family member. My only regret was that we didn't reach out for Hospice services sooner! We were truly blessed by Spectrum Hospice - especially RN Case Mananger Pam. She was beyond amazing in her support to both our sis-in-luv who passed as well as my brother ~ along life's journey from beginning to end on earth. Heaven gained a beautiful angel - and we gained the honor of being served by Spectrum Hospice in such a compassionate way. Thank you ~ we are eternally grateful.

We just put my beautiful Mom to rest yesterday. We couldn’t have made it through with out Spectrum Heath Hospice! Our case manager (Troy) nurse ( Andrea) Health Care (Wendy) these wonderful people became family to our home. My mom loved them and so do we. I thank our Father above everyday for bringing them into our home and our lives, thank you again ❤️🙏🏼

My mother in law was cared for by the most amazing, professional, caring and patient nurses. We were more than pleased with the end of life care she received and she felt so comfortable with all the nurses! Highly recommend

Bert W. came to our home at 2 AM when our father needed care near the end moments of his life. He was very professional and truly cared for the needs of our family at a very difficult time. He answered all of our questions and by the time he left, he felt more like a friend than a caregiver. 5 stars to this gem !

I am so thankful for the Hospice team that walked with us through the final days of my mother's cancer. I can't imagine having gone through this experience without them. They worked well with the staff of the facility in which she resided. We had quick provision of equipment needs, frequent assistance with personal hygiene, and quick response time. They carefully took care of my mother's needs, kept her from pain, and eased breathing problems. Communication between staff and family was excellent. Pastoral visits for my mom were nice in addition to her own church support system.

I would not even give them one star they were very over paid for 15 mins. Once a week and they were paid approx. 150 a day we there there or not. They lied to him and us about what would happen in the end. They did not prepare us for how to handle the meds. They did not come after 6 calls for help in 3 hrs. Never came to explain what happened. All they they said is yes they failed miserbly. Told us they did not know why he was swelling....they knew. Promised he would not suffer...... he did. Told us he would be fine and sleep till morning when the nurse could come....he didn't make it. Pathedic. Heartbreaking. I still have nightmares. Interview other places before using this one.

The hospice team is great. They were so good at explaining that choosing hospice was not giving up, but offering a better quality of life for the time we had left. Everyone on the team were supportive and so very kind and understanding. They offered many more services than we ever knew existed. They offered an in home hospital bed, paid for Depends, and bed pads, gave my mom a shower twice a week, and the visiting nurse was great because we did not have to take mom out. They also paid for her medications. What a great service, and you do not have to qualify financially as it is a medical benefit under medicare. We are so thankful that this is available.
