We listen to the needs of the client and family as we develop and initiate the Hospice plan of care. We assess our client’s for pain and symptoms at every visit. We respond to Client’s calls within fifteen minutes. We contact clients and families every day, if requested, by visit or phone call. We resolve concerns within twenty-four hours.
