I hired Jen for transportation to and from an outpatient medical procedure. She was professional but friendly and put me at ease. Jen was right on time for drop off and pick up at the medical facility. Her pricing is detailed and exact and extremely fair. I will definitely contact her company again for similar or other services that she offers. I highly recommend Compassionate Home Care by Jen LLC!

Compassionate Care by Jen is a great company and offered tremendous support for my 84 year old aunt. I was new to town and needed to establish new care for my aunt. Jen was so organized and was able to put together the right team for my aunt in no time. My aunt has dementia and other personality nuances so matching caregivers was not easy. But Jen did it! Both caregivers were always reliable, on time, and really easy to work with. I can't thank her enough for her help and compassion.

I am an elderly widow, and I needed a reliable, helpful caregiver to perform a variety of tasks such as cooking meals, making my bed, changing bed linens weekly, and other tasks that I can no longer take care of. Staff always arrives on time! My caregivers are concerned about my wellbeing and do whatever they can to make my life less stressful. Since all is going well, I have not needed to make many requests to the agency.

Jen and her team of care givers provide compassionate care for my mom The caregivers help my mom change her bed, assist with laundry, do housework, take her to doctors appointments to name a few things. They are happy to do things the way my mom likes to have them done! They are punctual and even change their schedule to help out! Jen and her team have all been very kind and helpful!
