MDM Care Mgt. and in particular, Deyan our Care Consultant helped us make sure my Mother had all her needs meet, from medical to everyday things. Deyan became my Mother's confidant and enabled my Mother to openly discuss her needs with Deyan, which many she felt uncomfortable to discuss with my 4 sister or me. Deyan also gave all of us excellent advice and suggestions that made my Mother part of decision making process for her care. At times I was unable to accompany my Mother to doctor's appointment, and Deyan was there to assure my Mother and with her Nurse Practitioner background, she was able to talk the doctor's language and relay it to me and my sisters via phone or e-mails. I highly recommend Deyan and MDM Care Mgt. to anyone who needs help managing the needs of an elderly loved one!
