Poor scheduling and management communications. We spoke at lengrh with three different people about our needs for my parents and when the caregivers arrive they had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. Then they could not find a caregiver for over 10 days, granted it was holiday season but we didn't receive follow up calls to let us know what was going on. Then they told us someone would be there and they did not show up 2 days in a row. The one caregiver that did show up was great, Adrien was her name. Wish she would go work for someone else so we could hire her!

Dad's Nightengale

I used them after my Dad broke his neck and I wanted to bring him home from the nursing home. I worked with Carmen and he was great! He got us a couple of people to try till we found one who was perfect & wonderful and then suggested the fill in person when she couldn't be there. The office was great at follow up on payments with insurance. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Well I am glad to say that My family and I had the complete different experience with All Stat then the previous 2 reviews. I have worked all week with a man named Carmen and another gentleman named Steven. They answered all my questions I had about my dad's long term care policy. They then sent him, as he describes an angel named Andrea to come help him daily, Carmen even answered my phone call at 8pm on a Monday. All Stat and their staff are helping my dad stay independent at his home in Florida. Thank you.

This company can not meet the client's needs. Aides refuse to do simple household chores (laundry , dishes) . But will play with their phone (games, personal calls) . Never on time but will leave before shift ends. This company has a ghost crew.

Caregiver agencies seem to feel they deserve half of the money paid by the client. This norm does not attract a high quality employee base, an important aspect to the client. If the office ran a super-efficient office then a 50% take would seem fair - this is not the case with Gulf Coast agencies. Allstat seems to suffer from an inability to attract employees and often is unable to meet the needs of this client.
