I just recently learned of this Agency and began using them. I wish it had happened two years ago, my life would have been much less stressful. Previous agencies/Independents I tried did not meet my needs, were too expensive, were not trained as I expected, or most upsetting - changed what they would/could do after they started! QC managed to find good people with only a couple of days notice. And this was during the Christmas/New Year holidays! Their employees seem better trained, more flexible, reasonably priced, and harder working then previous ones I have had. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I highly recommend QC Home Care Solutions. They cared for my mom and dad with compassion and expertise. Christine B. kept in contact with me whenever I had a question or concern. She put me in touch with a VA gentleman who helped us fill out the necessary paperwork. She cares about every aspect of her clients care and well-being. Knowing my mom and dad were being so well cared for was an enormous relief for me.

QC Home Care Sol. came into our lives in 2009 when it became evident that I needed some outside help in caring for my husband, I read about this new home care agency starting up in our area. It was the best call I ever made in relation to the care I needed for my husband. QC Home Care Sol. provided the very best in home care from the first phone call until my husband passed in late Nov., 2010. I found the agency to not only meet his needs, but were caring and very mindful of my own needs during this most difficult time. They became family in more ways than most "real" families are capable of providing. I can't say enough good about QC Home Care Sol. The best!
