Our goal is to provide caring referrals for assisted living patients and to provide remote health care monitoring to improve their quality of life and extend the ability for facilities to help improve their operations. Our company is proud to be local in Southern California, so we can do onsite screening and evaluation of the facilities. Premiere Elder Care Inc, provides seniors and families with one-on-one guidance and assistance during a difficult process. We understand that selecting an elder care facility for a loved one is a complex and personal choice. We provide personalized information and recommendations on 100+ pre-screened and evaluate assisted living facilities, board & care facilities, alzheimer's/dementia care facilities, and nursing homes within the Orange County area. Referral services are free to families. We will also send the patient's profile to the various facilities to which we refer so they don't have to explain their story each time they tour. To help us design our minimum facility standards we will: We will function as the liaison between the facility and outsiders. After hours, messages will be taken and returned the next day. There will be an emergency number available as well. We will improve the presentation and ambiance of the facility as follows: By providing them with an interior design plan that is pleasant By providing them with an exterior design plan that is professional and pleasant By making the place appear to be a place to come to live, not come to die
