STAY AWAY FROM GIBALTAR HOME SERVICES. The nurses schedule visits and do not show or call. One of the nurses actually told me to look for a different provider as they are under staffed and having to run around to take care of the excessive amount of patients they have. We had to go to the ER twice in order to receive the medical services Gibaltar home services LLC failed to provide.

BEWARE: Do NOT let this company to provide care for you or your loved ones. They were an absolute nightmare to deal with. The owner Joy was horribly rude and mean to her employees, the patients, and to the family members of the patients. Some of the nurses and caregivers were good, but some were terrible. The company was not reliable. They left my mom without care on many days- I would estimate 25-30 times she was left without a nurse. A nurse wouldn't show up for her shift, and no one called to notify us. When we would call to ask what was going on, they would keep telling us someone was coming, and then no one would show up for the entire shift. They also have a very small staff, so that means barely any available backup for situations like that. Please take my advice and stay far away from this company.
