I liked BrightStar. We chose them mostly because of the conversations we had with the staff member. She seemed most knowledgeable and the organization seemed best able to support our needs. We had different caregivers. Some of them were excellent and very hardworking, while others were not as active. They provided assistance getting around and a little meal preparation. We had them 12 hours a day from 8 to 8. Communication was good. They had 24-hour staff available to talk about scheduling.
